Dal ricordo di questa importante fonte di ricchezza locale, è nata l’idea di distillare un gin che contenesse, accanto alle classiche spezie (noce moscata, lavanda, semi di anice, radici di genziana, scorze di limone e arancia, stecche di cannella, chiodi di garofano) e a ginepro, sorba e mirtilli rossi macerati, anche argento in foglie. Più leggero e agrumato di PIZ47, questo gin è prodotto seguendo il medesimo processo di distillazione. Ricavato esclusivamente da tradizionali piante locali che gli conferiscono un aroma e un gusto autentici. Versatile: ottimo da gustare sia puro, sia come base per fantasiosi cocktail.
