For a desiccant packs to function optimally it must be placed in an airtight packaging along with your sugar art which does not allow air to circulate into the product. A permanent airtight system is usually created using aluminum foil/barrier foil, within which the product is stored or transported. Temporary airtight systems may include polybags and food safe jars and containers. Desiccant bags are used to absorb moisture in order to achieve a moisture level optimal for the product during storage or transit.

To ensure your desiccant packs remain ready to use, keep in sealed ziplock pouch in dry, room temperature environment.
