Wow- the new rustic brick pizzaiolo is beautiful and different from any other authentic dome pizza oven! This oven is also the biggest (and worst) of all the ovens. This oven makes a statement. This oven is the most traditional shape (like the Buena Ventura and Pizzaiolo) but with a different cast stacked stone facade. It has a wider opening and the lower dome conducts heat directly to the oven floor, which makes it ideal for cooking authentic Italian pizzas (in just 90 seconds!).
