Our favorite way to make a cup of The Morning Dram barrel-aged coffee is in our stainless steel dripper. It makes an incredibly flavorful brew that is simple and satisfying. The first thing you need to do is grind the whole coffee beans. For everyday use, we recommend buying an electric burr grinder (prices start at $25 online). Don't worry, this Starter Kit includes a handheld burr grinder to get you started! We also use it for travel. There is no alcohol in any of our coffee. The barrel-aging process is what gives them the great flavor notes you'll detect. See which flavor notes you detect. Refer to our label to see the notes we think you'll taste. Take the time to savor this coffee! It's extraordinary. Notes: Coffee tastes best when the beans are ground right before you brew them. All of our coffees are sold as whole bean. If you don't yet have an electric burr grinder, we recommend you get one for daily use. We are including a handheld burr grinder, which is good to get you started, and it's great for travel. It's simple to just put the coffee grinds in to brew, empty them in the trash, and rinse clean. No waste! No taste of a paper filter.
