XIAOMI Mi Body Composition Scale 2 - not working - xiaomi - Home Assistant Community

I purchased the XIAOMI Mi Body Composition Scale 2 weight last week. The weight is not working properly. When I start it up the number 100,0 is displayed and nothing happens when I step on it. Do you have any thoughts on what the problem is and how to fix it? Tried resetting by removing the batteries but witj no luck. Thanks!
