Phong Duong carries a plate of food and a roll of paper towels to a restaurant worker on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Riel in Houston. The non-profit, LEE Initiative, in partnership with Makers Mark and Chef Edward Lee, with a donation from Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson, did their first restaurant works relief program dinner at Riel. The restaurant was transformed into a relief center for any restaurant worker who has been laid off or has had a significant reduction in hours and/or pay. The organization is offering help for those in dire need of food and supplies. Each night, hundreds of to go dinners are offered for people can come to pick up and take home.
