The summer leaves design is punched using entirely flat punch needle stitches to enhance the crisp shape of the leaves. A background punched with electric blue yarn gives a nod to the blue skies of summer, whilst the leaves are punched in a more autumnal palette. The modern punch needle kit is suitable for beginners with no prior punch needle experience. The kit contains detailed printed instructions with step-by-step photos which take you through everything from preparing the fabric in the hoop to punching. The kit includes 100% non-mercerized cotton yarn which is a great option for those who do not want to use a yarn including animal products or for those with sensitive skin.
